What is NYLF Pathways to STEM?
NYLF Pathways to STEM is a summer program for elementary school students (grades 3 - 5) who have shown an interest and aptitude for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. For 2019, the program will be held at over 19 locations across the country, from New York to Los Angeles and many places in between.
During the program, attendees participate in hands-on simulations and workshops, including a simulation created in collaboration with doctors from Stanford Medicine. Attendees are able to explore three different STEM strands: Engineering, Medicine, and CSI. They also have the opportunity to choose the experience that is best suited for them by selecting either the six-day Residential or the five-day Day program.
Below are reviews broken out by source, which should help you make a more informed decision about having your child attend the program.
